Improve the Service Quality of Travel Agencies
In recent years, complains about poor service quality of travel agencies are rising. The complains mainly center on issues like asking for extra fee without informing the travelers in advance, lowering the standard of board and lodging, forcing travelers to go shopping and so on.
There are some reasons for this phenomenon. First of all, the quantity of travel agencies exceeds the actual need. Thus, some travel agencies have to lower their cost through some mean methods like charging extra fee and arranging travelers to stay in remote and shabby hotels. Another reason is the travelers’unawareness of safeguarding their own rights. Travel agencies are keen to take advantages of this point and to escape the compensation.
There are some solutions I can offer. Firstly, travel agencies should advertise their services honestly and make their charge reasonable. Secondly, the government ought to supervise the operation of travel agencies closer. Last but not the least, establishing a complete complaining channel is essential. Only through these methods can we lower the complain rate and bring travelers pleasant journeys.

From the chart, we clearly learn that the student use of computers has grown rapidly in recent years. In 1990, an average student only spent less than 2 hours on the computer per week, but 5 years later, the number increased almost four times. And by 2000, the time an average student sits in front of the computer had reached as many as 20 hours every week.
Many reasons contribute to this tremendous growth. First of all, with the improvement of technology, the price of computers has decreased greatly. So many students can afford to have personal computers in their dormitories. Moreover, many net bars provide students convenient access to computers. Besides, Internet provides an amazing world, which attracts more students to sit in front of the computer screen.
As far as I am concerned, it is an unavoidable trend for students to spend more and more hours on computers, but there are still problems in student use of computers. Firstly, many students lack enough skills, and therefore their full use of computers is limited. Secondly, some students who are short of self-disciplines may forget their main task of study. To conclude, effective measures should be taken for students to guarantee the reasonable use of computers.

God Helps Those Who Help Themselves

Many remarkable examples can interpret this argument. A typical example is the famous British physicist Stephen Hawking. Another example is the athletes participating in National Games of the Disabled. It is their independent spirit that helps them win others’ respect and admiration.
